We use the information above to operate and improve the service — to design your campaigns, deliver them, manage domains and authentication, provide support, process payments, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your campaigns or subscriber lists to advertise to anyone.
Your subscribers
When you send through Sendnova, you are the controller of your subscriber data and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people on your lists. We process that data only to deliver your campaigns and provide the analytics you see in your account.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Sendnova (for example, payment and infrastructure providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Every provider is bound to protect the data and use it only for the services they perform for us.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, you can export your emails and audience, and we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
