SendNova ("we", "us") helps businesses design emails and send them as paced sequences. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sendnova.io, dashboard.sendnova.io and the services we provide through them.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and billing details when you create an account or subscribe.
- Content you provide: brand details, logos, campaign copy, images, and the contacts you import so SendNova can design and send your emails.
- Website content you point us to: when you fill your brand kit from your website, we fetch that site's public pages to pick out your logo, colours and links.
- Usage data: how you use the product, plus device and log information, to keep the service reliable and secure.
- Sending data: the records needed to send your emails, authenticate domains, detect replies and bounces, and show your analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to run and improve SendNova: to design and send your emails, manage sending addresses and authentication, detect replies, provide support, process payments and keep accounts secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your campaigns or contact lists to advertise to anyone.
AI processing
SendNova uses AI models from third-party AI providers to write copy, design emails and read your website for your brand kit. Your briefs, brand details and campaign content are sent to these providers only to produce results for you. They are not used to advertise to you.
Your contacts
When you send through SendNova, you are the controller of your contacts' data and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. We process that data only to send your emails and show you the results.
Cookies and the marketing site
The sendnova.io marketing site does not set cookies or use analytics. It loads its fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The SendNova app uses cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your workspace.
Email setup checker
The free email setup checker runs in your browser. It looks up a domain's public DNS records through a public DNS service. We don't receive or store the domains you check.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run SendNova, such as hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery and AI model providers. We also share it when the law requires, or as part of a business transfer. Every provider may use the data only to perform services for us.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can access, update or delete your account information at any time and ask for a copy of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights over your personal information. To use any of them, email support@sendnova.io.
