Before each email leaves

Four checks, every email.

If any check fails, the email waits and tries again later. Nothing is dropped, and nothing is sent twice: every send carries a unique ID and a retry cap.

  1. Inbox limit

The sending inbox still has room in today's allowance. The slot is reserved first, so two workers can never both take it.

  2. Campaign limit

The campaign hasn't reached its own daily cap, even if the inbox still has room.

  3. Campaign gap

Enough time has passed since this campaign's last email went out.

  4. Inbox gap

Enough time has passed since this inbox's last email, across every campaign that uses it.

Pacing

A steady trickle, never a burst.

Hundreds of emails leaving at once is a signal spam filters look for. SendNova spreads sends across the day, inside each address's limits.

New addresses warm up gradually

A brand-new sending address starts with a small daily allowance that grows each day until it reaches the ceiling you set. Anything over the limit waits for the next window.

Your domain or ours

Pick how you send.

No DNS work

A SendNova address

Send from a shared domain we've already authenticated and monitor every day. Replies are captured and threaded for you.

Your reputation

Your own inbox

Connect the mailbox you already use on your own domain. Your provider handles authentication; SendNova paces the sending and picks up the replies.

After the send

Stop at the right moment.

Replies
Detected automatically. The sequence stops and the reply appears in your Replies inbox.
Bounces
The sequence stops for that address, so a dead address is never emailed again.
Unsubscribes
Every email has an unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header.
Test first
Send yourself a test, and a copy check flags risky links and wording before launch.
Questions

Deliverability, plainly answered.

Still unsure about your setup? Run the free email checker or email support@sendnova.io.

Can SendNova guarantee my emails reach the inbox?

No tool honestly can. Inboxes decide based on your domain, your content and how people respond. What SendNova does is remove the sending habits that get good emails filtered: bursts, missing authentication, mailing dead addresses and following up after someone has replied.

Do I need to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

Only if you send from your own domain. SendNova addresses are already authenticated. For your own domain, the free checker shows exactly which records are missing and gives you the values to add.

How many emails can I send a day?

Each sending address has a daily ceiling you choose, and new addresses start lower and ramp up. Emails over the limit wait for the next sending window, so nothing is dropped.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply is detected automatically, that contact's sequence stops straight away, and the reply appears threaded in your Replies inbox.

Will one bad address hurt my other emails?

A bounce stops the sequence for that address immediately, so a dead address is never emailed again.

Can an email ever be sent twice?

No. Each send carries a unique ID and a retry cap, so even if something hiccups mid-send, the same email can't go out twice.

Your next email is two lines away.

Write the brief, pick the look, and send it at a pace inboxes trust.
