These Terms of Service govern your use of SendNova, operated at sendnova.io and dashboard.sendnova.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence and subscriptions
When you subscribe to a plan, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use SendNova for as long as your subscription is active, subject to these terms. Your licence does not let you resell, sublicense or share your account.
SendNova is sold as a monthly subscription. Basic includes 1 workspace, 5,000 credits and 2 new AI-designed emails a month. Advanced includes 10 workspaces, 20,000 credits and 20 new AI-designed emails a month. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades start at your next billing date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SendNova for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive purposes; to send to purchased, rented or harvested lists; to send phishing, malware or other prohibited content; or to bypass sending limits or interfere with the service's operation or security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Your compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your emails, including CAN-SPAM in the United States and GDPR in the EU and UK, in both your jurisdiction and your recipients'. You confirm that you have a lawful basis, such as consent or legitimate interest, to contact everyone on the lists you upload.
Every email must identify you honestly, include a valid postal address and offer a working way to unsubscribe. SendNova adds an unsubscribe link and header to every email and stops sequences when someone opts out, but you remain responsible for how you use the service.
4. Credits and usage
SendNova runs on credits. Sending one email uses 1 credit, and changing a design's look or rewriting it with AI uses 100 credits. New AI-designed emails come from your plan's monthly allowance. Credits and allowances renew at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Sending pauses automatically when your credits reach zero.
To protect deliverability for everyone, each sending address has daily limits and a minimum gap between emails, and new addresses ramp up gradually. We may throttle, pause or suspend sending that causes high bounce or complaint rates or threatens the reputation of shared SendNova addresses. Credits and usage terms may change with reasonable notice.
5. Refunds and guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you're not satisfied, email support@sendnova.io within 30 days of that first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments, and accounts suspended for breaking these terms, are not refundable except where the law requires it.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the brand assets, copy, contacts and other content you bring to SendNova. You give us the limited permission needed to store that content and to design and send emails on your behalf. Review AI-generated designs and copy before you send them.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee inbox placement, reply rates or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendNova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or your compliance obligations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
